Have you had “the conversation”? No, not that conversation. The conversation with your loved ones about your wishes and preferences for end-of-life care. Unless you talk about it ahead of time, they won’t know how to proceed if they need to make difficult decisions on your behalf.
- 90% of people say that it’s important to have these conversations with loved ones.

This program, based on the work of The Conversation Project, will provide you with materials, tools and tips for having these conversations. If you’ve been hesitating, or just need a jump-start, this program will be helpful to you.
